I love their coffee, but their Covid protocol was aggravating.nnTo offer more detail... It's not that I'm aggravated that they're taking measures to ensure safety. I insist on protocols to support any business, particular a restaurant. But their set up made ordering so difficult. Their drive thru menu board was dark and impossible to read. Coming from out of town, we were unfamiliar with their menu. The staff insisted we use the app to review the menu, which did not have adequate descriptions. We couldn't hear the responses of the staff when we asked questions. The whole situation was so frustrating, we just gave up and left.
