Very knowledgeable help. I switched from Verizon to AT&T because of price but soon found out that AT&T coverage wasn't as good as Verizon but the price makes it worthwhile. The guy at the store showed me how to use wifi calling and that solved my problem.

Walked in was helped within 3 mins! Spoke with Jared and Shamy’a, both very informative and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, there was “plans” added to our account we did not ask for which benefited the AT&T representative.. so that was not call! Now we have to wait two weeks to have the “plan” removed; “Next up”

This AT&T Store is just super wonderful . The reps are always willing to go above and beyond to help you . They are courteous, kind, very intelligent, and very very patient !! I love this store !!!

We left Verizon due to reception issues to join AT&t. We were told we had better coverage at our residence with AT&t by the store representative which we do not so we're stuck with worse wireless coverage than before.
