Betty is super awesome! She is courteous and helpful, always sweet and happy. I have been a customer for a little over 2 years and I have recommended secure care to my family and friends. The price is fair and reasonable and the units are clean. Five stars in my book!
Betty is great. Great customer service
Betty makes this place feel like home when we come by to pay or add a unit or close one. She is the reason we love this SecurCare place where we have had one unit for ten years and others for a year or two or a month or two. Please reward her in any way you can, give her time off when she needs it and better quality helper. Probably the biggest help you could give her would be to increase the hourly pay of the helper she is supposed to have. At the rate you are offering it is no surprise that there is such turnover and the people who are applying are not anywhere near the kind of help that Betty deserves. You keep raising the rental unit cost with no explanation, how about raising that helper's pay as well.

Customer service is terrible. Lady who runs the place was completely rude and arrogant. Refused to help with unit because she had to go to her lunch. This was after scolding me for not giving 2 weeks notice on moving out even though I still had 3 weeks left paid for on my unit. Yes your right that doesn’t make any sense that what I tried to explain to her also.
