This is no doubt the worst shipping company nationwide. I deal with many different shipping companies on a daily basis and Central has proven time and time again to not respond or showup for pickups. I have waited for 2 weeks for them to pick up 50 pallets worth of product of which are taking up tons of Sq footage of my warehouse. When they do show up they then have the nerve to lie about why that havn't made it in 2 weeks, act rude to my employees who are loading the truck, and then proceed to try and load the product themselves because they think were not going fast enough. Central may be the cheapest company out there but if you are shipping to large box stores and have tight deadlines this is not the option for you.
I shouldn't have to waste countless man hours to plead to have my products picked up and have a week of broken promises. This has been a continual issue with Central.
Great staff at this facility they always do an excellent job.
