I rent trailer off this same company and it is just wrong how I been treated ... I am a veteran and my wife is disabled and I been asking for a smoke detector since I moved in .. The outlets smoke and these people cant even return a phone call about there manger doing nothing to help ... I will be calling the housing authority... Thanks for being a slumlord... Its just not the smoke detector its the place leans 4 inches in 4 foot , there is no stink pipe so the house smells , I fell though my bathroom floor , the skirting is all falling off my electric was 600 dollars for one month and I could go on and on ...
