Some effort is there but they usually always get something wrong. Other than that, it’s pretty good considering it’s fast food and I eat here way too often! Glad they changed their pricing recently on the YouPickTwo’s

Just stopped buy to pick up bagels. Three associates looked and me and never said one word. They just kept doing what they were doing. I stood there for 5 minutes still noone said anything. Both delivery drivers looked at me when they were by there computer and they didn't say anything. Approximately 8 employees staffed and NOT one employee said boo. I ended up walking out.11.13.2020 at 745pm

So we went there, used a kiosk to make our order and then it wouldn’t let me pay for it at the kiosk. We ask for help, but have to wait for over 5 minutes as the ‘manager’ just like sits there behind the counter. When we annoy the cashier enough, he finally comes over. I explain the problem and he didn’t even care. He was like, “I just got these this summer, so they aren’t going to replace them anytime soon.” I’m not asking you to replace the kiosks. I’m asking for help to pay for my food I want. I had already gone through and customized everything and I didn’t want to sit and try to explain to the cashier what I wanted and with the manager’s attitude, I didn’t even want to stay. It’s too bad. I’ve never had problems at any other Panera, but this one. They clearly don’t want your money. Would not recommend.
