Our home sold quickly and we had a 5 week gap until we could move into our new home... Jenny to the Rescue moved us out, into storage for 5 weeks, and finally to our final destination! Jenny communicated in a very timely manner, covering all the details! She even took care of locating and securing a storage unit!nA team of 4 professionals, John, Jose, Travers & Jerry arrived ready to work! These gentlemen have a system, they don’t need many words, as they know exactly what areas they are going to tackle. I can’t say enough about how amazing this company is! I am a very particular person and my expectations were exceeded. Not one item during our move was scratched or broken. It was an absolutely flawless process. The packing was impeccable and everything made it to our new home safe and sound. The team was so friendly and did such a wonderful job. Not only were our items packed and unpacked but they were organized perfectly and they were so fast! We even had someone come back to hang our artwork and I was so impressed. Everything was measured and centered and looks absolutely amazing! They are beyond professional. I will use Jenny To The Rescue for any move I have in the future! This is almost a year over due! We moved last April (2020). Jennie to the Rescue was beyond awesome! They were super responsive, and incredibly understanding with our unknowns for closing in a weird time. They came in very professional with more workers than expected and knocked out the move efficiently and super timely. They were friendly as can be. I’d recommend Jennie to the Rescue, as well as call them the next time I move!
Jenny to the Rescue is much more than an Organizing or Moving company. They were a true partner with us when we sold and downsized our home recently. We donated, consigned, stored and moved everything we own - all expertly coordinated, packed and delivered to multiple locations by Jenny, John, Jose, Travers, and Jerry. This team has worked together for many years and it shows - they are efficient, enthusiastic, friendly, and professional - they treat your belongings as if they were their own. The proposal pricing is clearly stated and final pricing is based on the actual time and materials used; every penny we spent was worth it. Simply put, JTTR surpassed every expectation we had for our recent downsizing move and we highly recommend utilizing their services - they will even hang your art, do TV wall mounts and much, much more! Moving with Jenny to the Rescue is an amazing moving experience. I will never move again without their help. Crew showed up on time and had everything from one home to another in just 6 hours or less. I also used Jenny to the Rescue again for a huge move after closing down my restaurant. Not only did they pack up the entirety of the restaurant in an hour, they set us up in a storage unit and packed it beautiful!nTaking additional items to Goodwill or Habitat is also a huge help. Every staff member that we have had the pleasure to work with, has been professional and incredibly kind.nNow the thought of moving isn’t as daunting. Don’t move without these folks.
