I went here for my first botox experience. Crystal was wonderful! She explained everything to me very clearly and laid out my options. She put me at ease and I was thrilled with the results

I'm not one to complain but when you spend $1500 dollars you should see some results, so let me explain how things went. My sister and I made appts to have Vivace Microneedling done so we show up for our appts nothing was explained to us we signed no papers, so we go to the back and have the numbing cream put on we wait 30 mins and my sister goes first so I sit there with the cream on for an hour and half which made me feel sick. Next appt we go and ask about paperwork we fill it out and tell her we do not want to sit with numbing cream on that long again so we go one at a time mind you no one else is in the office ( not one of the appts was anyone else ever there) I wanted a water had to go find one for myself (crazy never offered one) but we continue with the 3rd appt by this time I thought we would be seeing some results, we were told it could take up to 6 months. I see no improvement in my skin what I do see is holes left on my face that were never there before. We asked Brittan to have Bobbi call us but never heard from her so all I can say is I'm very disappointed and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I came here, run down and wore out, looking for a pick me up for these old man bones and a boost for my immune system. This place is magnificent. I had a significant increase in energy, I haven’t felt this good in years. The owners are very involved and helped tailor what the best option for me was and the staff is so nice and courteous. Recommend a thousand times over, and will return again and again!
