Never again. I wasted $145.00
My first professional massage experience outside of massage therapy from injuries... and I loved it. They were polite and professional! Made me feel at ease and above all else the massage was awesome!
I had a facial with Jordan that was amazing. She tailored the facial to my skin, took her time, and made excellent recommendations for healthy, clear skin in time for my upcoming wedding. Absolutely recommend this place.
Rinnova Spa is a local owned and operated business in New Bern, NC. This facility is extremely clean and professionally operated. They offer a large selection of beauty and wellness services that are sure to please. They offer many different spa and beauty package's, professional products, and a smoothie bar. It is always so tranquil every time I am in for my appointment and I am always greeted with a friendly smile. I have been very pleased with all of the services I have had a Rinnova Spa over the past few years. They have a wide selection of certified staff that can professionally fulfill your needs.
The massage was ok, I will say that I liked they were able to identify and help my scoliosis. However, when you’re paying 100 dollars for an hour massage, they should not be shorting you 15 minutes. I arrived about ten minutes before, nobody ever mentioned to me come earlier for paperwork. That should no be taken out of my time. By the time I realized I was shorted 15 minutes the lady already sprinted out of my room, probably because she knew. I will not be returning.
