I purchased a king size bed very pleasant experience. I was in and out so fast Victor was very professional and attentive to me and my needs.
This is the worst place to buy furniture and or mattresses from in New Bern. Will never use them again. We bought a mattress and box spring there (plus other furniture) and they won’t honor warranties. They will come up with any excuse to “void” your warranty. Don’t buy here or you will be disappointed. Everything is complete trash. Customer service sucks too.
The lady who waited on me was informational and very friendly.
I purchased a Samsung soundbar with subwoofer. I was a great choice and I'm fully satisfied with this product. I've had great experiences with all of my Badcock purchases!!
