After a ton of online research and finding the perfect set online at the perfect price, I received a call that it wasn’t available and do I want to pick out something else. I was pretty crushed because I had done so much searching and had already bought the rug and curtains to accent the set that wasn’t available but I came in and John helped me out. I was probably the most aggravating customer ever but he was awesome, helpful and patient and while I didn’t get the set I initially wanted, now that my new sofa is here I’m in love with the new look and it’s way more comfortable then I expected and I am a very happy customer. He also provided great follow up regarding order details and delivery. Definitely go see John at Furniture Fair for all your new furniture needs.

John is amazing! Very friendly, kind, professional and not pushy at all! He allowed me to look around the store without hassling me. When I was ready I found him and he made sure I was able to get what I wanted and more! He explained all the terms and conditions thoroughly! If you ever go to this location ask for John!

Made another great purchase with John Hobbs!!! He is so easy to work with and we never feel like we didn't get all the info before buying. Even coming back again he listened to our needs and made sure we got what we needed at the right price without sacrificing quality. Great experience all around again. I’m in the process of furnishing a new home in Carolina Colours, and John Hobbs at Furniture Fair, has helped me tremendously. He has moved furniture around the store, so I could see how the pieces would look together, and he’s called and tracked down furniture pieces for me.nJohn is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I look forward to shopping with John Hobbs again. He’s simply the best, and I highly recommend both him and Furniture Fair in New Bern.

We came in months ago and had no clue what we wanted. John did an awesome job helping us make a decision on what would look good and be comfortable and practical with 3 kids and a dog. He worked with us on price and kept us within our budget. We recently came back wanting a recliner that was discontinued and John found it!
