Lynn has a 30 years experience with this work and it shows. Being new to this kind of self-care was new for me but she put me right at ease. She has a calming effect and does not hesitate to educate clients when asked. I would highly recommend her work.
I was able to take advantage of the first month of free yoga classes! It was great, I took a couple of morning classes and a couple of afternoon and evening classes. All the classes were lead by very knowledgeable and helpful instructors. I really enjoyed and felt comfortable and welcomed in every class. I plan on continuing to take as many classes as I can fit into my schedule! I really love that Ahimsa is so close and easy to get to. I would and have recommended it to my friends!
I had never done a colonic and was nervous about the process. I have now had 3 with Lynn and plan to go back. I have learned more about my body and nutrition in these few sessions than I ever have through tests and procedures with specialists and doctors. Lynn is a wealth of knowledge and the studio is clean and calming. I highly recommend!
