We had the pleasure of working with Stacy during our recent mattress purchase. From the time we walked in she was welcoming and professional. She listened to our needs and wants and asked us about any sleep issues we were currently having. We had a set price in mind but she explained the advantages of upgrading but wasn't pushy. She explained things like the longer warranty, more coils, better durability, and the one we chose came with a free adjustable base. Even though we only purchase a mattress every five to ten years we hope to have the pleasure of working with her again.
We have bought all of our bedding from Mattress Firm, both in Ohio and Florida (winter home). Stacy moved on us from Florida so we found her in NC, won't deal with anyone else, she is so good at her job. She found us exactly what we wanted and at great price. Definitely the best company and people to deal with!!!
I had a positive shopping experience at this location. Tyler was helpful without being pushy. I needed 3 mattresses for a new home, and he helped me save money and complete the purchase efficiently and without any issues.
