Best customer service I have ever experienced.
I highly recommend buying your next mattress from these guys. Jeremy was remarkably helpful and kind, never pushy. There was a mix up with my delivery and the mattress pad did not accompany the drop off. Jeremy himself drove to north Asheville at closing time to drop off the protector. A wonderful buying experience. I will buy my next mattress from them.
Had a warranty replacement with a defect from an original purchase. Scott, Angie and even down to the delivery driver went above and beyond to get us our new mattress in a timely manner. Would certainly ask anyone who wants to deal with knowledgeable people who care, to choose blue ridge bedding.nYou will not regret it!nnA+.
Scott was great! We had some idea of what we wanted, but he was a wealth of knowledge and helped us narrow it down to a mattress I feel sure we’ll be happy with. Not your typical pushy sales experience at all! Relaxed, friendly and up front about the sales process.
Great little mattress place amongst the lot of them on Sweet Creek Road. Todd was very patient, knowledgeable and made me a heck of a deal. I will be back for the awesome foam pillows too. Highly recommend!
