The assistance was great. The sales rep. was very knowledgeable and had answers for every question I had. I had chose a mattress that was not in the store but Jeremy called another local location that had one and allowed me to pay and then take the receipt to pick it up. I was able to pick it up with no issue. Everyone I encountered was also very friendly and welcoming.
Robbie was a wonderful host. Customer service was excellent. He helped out us more than I believe other competitors would choose to do.nHe did his job and he did it right. Thank you very much kind sir and I hope he has a pleasant year ahead.
Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t hover and allowed us the opportunity to discuss what we thought without interruption. We also like that he worked to get us the best deal he could, which saved us money. Now we’ll sleep well on our new mattress, and we’ll rest better knowing we got a good deal.
We went in not knowing much about purchasing a mattress. Jeremy was super fantastic and knowledgeable. He helped us so much. We never felt pressured to purchase. We ended up with a bed that we love!

Once I decided which one I wanted he gave me the BEST deal posible and treated me fair and with respect. I purchase the mattress and he carried it and tied it down to my truck.
