Carolina Home Lift is an amazing company. They worked with our builder by providing the elevator shaft design drawings and performed multiple on-site visits to answer our builder’s questions and ensure the shaft was built correctly. The diligently ensured the elevator order was placed as soon as possible and that it was correct and complete. They installed our elevator in a timely and professional manner. Since installation, their follow-up services, all covered under their excellent warranty, have been the best I’ve seen by any company anywhere: their response times have been very fast and their visits, when needed, have been the next day. I highly recommend Carolina Home Lift in all regards.

I highly recommend Carolina Home Lift. They installed a chair lift and an elevator for me. The elevator was retrofit into my home with the utmost care to both preserve my home's beauty and ensure the installation was safe. My husband and I were impressed that David Hauser was able to locate the original builder for our house and they worked closely together figuring out where to place the elevator. The project was completed in a timely manner with care taken to ensure everything was in perfect working order. As with every mechanical device, the occasional servicing is required and I have found Carolina Home Lift bends over backwards to correct the problem as quickly as possible.

The Carolina Home Lift Company has made a significant difference in maintaining our standard of living. Because of a variety of health issues, it became necessary for my husband and me to consider chair lifts so we could remain in our home. After some research, we decided that Stannah and Sterling were the best on the market. Carolina Home Lift had both. We purchased our first chair four years ago. The company made it easy by coming to the house to explain our options and help us choose the best one for our needs. Since then we have purchased three more chair lifts so we can maneuver inside and outside the house. Carolina has promptly responded to routine maintenance and necessary repairs over the years and the team has been both competent and creative in making certain we have chairs that adjust to the house construction and our physical needs. My husband and I are so grateful for the jobs you’ve done and the excellent workers you’ve sent.
