We knew what washer and dryer we wanted. Walked in and out within 10 minutes with them ordered. We weren't pressured to look at anything we didn't want. Customer service was great. Delivery was scheduled fast and they will be taking away our old appliances as well.
My daughter and I went to buy phones, it is her first smart phone, and the sales rep was very helpful and informative.
Best Buy is the best. We have purchased phones, cameras, wall oven and more from them. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate their expertise and make our purchases from Best Buy.
They are the Mecca of electronics. Though.... I have found same products elsewhere at less costs. I will never forget how they did not have any iPad mini in stock and the floor rep said it is back ordered and will take weeks for arrival. We went across the street to Target and purchased the exact same model, color and gigabyte..... for $50 less!
I've had a great experience dealing with Chris. Bought myself a TV and a sound bar, and he was extremely patient and also transparent. Knowledgeable about technology as well. Will come back!
