Not only did I enjoy doing business with this location but I also enjoyed the 2.5 hour wait. (You never really hear that!) Dylan (did not catch the last name, sorry) made the experience worth the while, engaging with each customer and adding the 'old fashion business' approach in the modern age. It was refreshing to know that there are young adults that encompass this type interaction. I will definitely try to do business with Dylan and this location in the future if possible. AT&T, you may want to look into this guy training associates. Thanks again, God Bless!

Amazing customer service. Despite being a bit busy both days we went in, they were super quick and wonderful. We were greeted the second we walked into the store. Everyone who helped us was so great, explained everything well, and we're able to get us the exact service we wanted. They took care in social distancing and made me feel comfortable to be in a store during these uncertain times. Thank you.

Hands down the best AT&T store. Dylan was great, he took 2 hours helping me buy and set up a new phone. Seriously awesome & genuine customer service. And when I had to go back a second time, they were just as friendly and helpful. Highly recommend :)

Andrew was absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable and patient. I had multiple questions and problems with this phone. He took all the time and explaining that I needed! I am very thankful he helped me so much! I am sure he deserves a raise and highly recommend him!!!

Purchased new IPhone at the AT&T store in Arden, NC. This was a wonderful experience because of the outstanding Customer Service! Daree made this purchase so easy. He told us about the best deals on new IPhones and explained everything in detail. He helped get the right cases for the phones and screen protectors and put them on the new phones for us. We were also helped with other accessories needed for our new phones. All of our information from the old phones was transferred to the new phones and we left the store ready to use our new phones. This was an amazing experience due to the exceptional Customer Service that we received. We will be using the Arden AT&T store for all our future needs.
