The customer service in this Verizon store is awesome!! Audrey and her staff greet you with a smile and she always goes above and beyond to look at different options for the customer to help meet their needs. I will always continue to do business with this location and I tell others to go there and Audrey will take good care of you. Enough cannot be said about my experiences every time I have been there...just truly great customer service.
The customer service was amazing. Abigail and other staff were friendly, funny and professional. They got me in and out quickly!! They represent Verizon very well!!
My Verizon experience was outstanding. I’d been putting off going in to have my daughters phone serviced just because I know what a nightmare most instore experiences have been. Much to my amazement I was greeted as soon as I walked in and after a few clicks it was discovered that I needed a new SIM card and just like that new SIM card no charge and I was on my way.
The whole experience was good.nDidn't like the small selection of phones on the prepaid plan.nWanted the Samsung A21.nWound up with tha A01.nWasn't impressed with that trade off.nShould be able to get whatever phone I wanted, was paying cash for it.nBut the service was really good.
Once again this location amazed me! I had been turned away from the larger Verizon store in Durham off N. Pointe Dr. They didn’t want to take the time to help me with an insurance claim. Not only did I figure out what was best for me to do, but I actually managed to get a new iPhone 12 with help from Audrey! Audrey has always been very helpful with everything that I’ve ever needed! I would highly recommend this location. The staff always remembers you and they go out of their way to help you.
