We love it here. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I bring my big dogs and one is very nervous. Wanda actually went into the suite with him and sang to him. They love it there.
My fur babies LOVE coming here! I came for a tour and it was beautiful and clean. I checked in several times with them to see how they were doing and they sent me pictures. I picked them up and they didn't want to leave!
Buyer beware. They are not what they advertise. They threaten the employees if they actually take the time to CARE for the dogs. Conditions are falsely represented on their web page. I would give no star if that was an option. I feel so bad for the poor dogs that are boarded at this place .
Cooper my pomapoo enjoyed his stay with Canine Design Spa and Resort. The safety protocol was very impressive. I always an at ease when I leave a pet with their staff.
I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this place. My pups get so excited to come, and always seem to have a wonderful time. The scheduler is beyond friendly, helpful and responsive!
