LONG REVIEW ALERT‼ufe0f‼ufe0fnMy package was at this facility to be delivered which they attempted to do so on Friday but no one was at home at the time to sign for the package. I got notification that they will reattempt the next business which was Monday. I decided to call FedEx customer service because I was thinking about having the package held at a facility but the rep informed me that FedEx Ground delivers on Saturday and they’ll attempt to deliver it then so I was fine with that because my kids would be home all day. At 3:16 I got notification that my package had been delivered so I called home at 3:17 and asked my daughter did she get it and she said there’s no package. I said you didn’t sign for it and she no and I told her to go look outside to see if you see it. See did not so I called back to customer service and filed a claim and I also got information that this facility had the package. Called and spoke with Kevin who btw was very nice, professional, patient and informative he said he’ll contact the driver’s mgr and call me back which he did. He informed me the driver said he’ll come back and he did. I asked where’s my package and he claimed he left it by the door and I asked him who signed for the package and he stated he, the driver, did (forgery) and stated they’re not required to get a signature and and I said yes you are because that’s what I requested. Kevin who’s otp heard him say and informed me that if a package has to be signed the driver will ask the customer if they’re comfortable signing due to Covid and if they are do they (the customer) give the driver permission to sign and if they answer yes the driver has to sign in front of the customer. He couldn’t do that because he never knocked on the door to even see if anyone was there because I asked him did he even knock on the door and he stated “No”I said well how would know that nobody was here and you just “leaving” packages. At this time the driver called Rico (Sherman) the owner because I told him he needs to lose his job because he clearly had stolen my package or was just too lazy to get it out the truck. This driver didn’t do his job properly and FedEx need to handle this situation PROMPTLY. I still don’t have no idea where my package but was informed today the situation will be investigated and I’ll receive my package.nnR. McArthur

They said they tried to deliver an ASR package to my address last night, which is a lie. I don't understand how the drivers get away with that. I know I am at the end of the route so it seems like just laziness. I called customer service and they guaranteed it would be delivered today and if I dont answer the door they gave them my phone number to call me. They were extremely rude through the process of getting them to tell me that; she was adamant about the driver attempting to make the delivery. I was literally sitting and waiting for this all day at a desk that looks at the driveway. And at 820 pm when the driver allegedly attempted the delivery I was sitting on my porch watching cars go by. This is something I desperately need for school. We will see if it gets delivered today. If you are shipping something that you want to get to its destination, use UPS.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday.. I called Friday and was told it would be Sunday or Monday. Everyday the tracking says it’s loaded on a truck for delivery and at 5 p. m. It changes to delivery the next day. Now it’s the following Wednesday and we will see if it gets delivered. So much for paying for “Guaranteed 2 day delivery”! I used to work for FEDEX and would always ship through them but now I will NEVER use fedex again!

My package was suppose to arrive 4 days ago and online it just states pending. I went to the shipping center where I was told my package was at this location. After arriving I waited 2 hours while they attempted to find my item. Finally they came out and said they basically lost it and have no idea where it is at. Not even the managers could answer that question. They stated the system shows it's on the truck yet FedEx ground delivers daily to my neighborhood.

So first I went to the FedEx ground location near me tuesday. I asked them to not delivery my package on wednesday so I could pick up. I was told I would be able to pick it up at 10am wednesday. I showed up around 930 to only be told my package was not there. That it was on the truck out for delivery. So clearly the office person did not do her job. Now this clerk asked for my number claiming the driver would call me in 10 mins. I waited an hour and still no call. Waited a couple more hours then I called the 800 number to see if they could connect me to the location near me. I was told they could not but would send a message to the location. Once again they got my number saying someone would reach out. Guess what? Nothing happens. My day has been me sitting at home all day long having my day wasted all because someone could not do their job. This type of behavior is not professional and needs to be fixed asap
