A work mate bought a ride on mower from the Aarons in Shelby and got a great deal. THE NEXT DAY I went in to discuss buying a ride on mower. I passed the 10 mowers out front and asked for assisstance. I was told they did not have any. I waited a week and called the store and was told they did not have any availble since they were ALL being shipped to another store for a big sale in a weeks time, (two weeks ago.) The mowers are still outside of the store, today.nnI do not appreciate being lied to.
I love this Aaron's. They are fun and friendly. They treat you like a visiting neighbor. Even the delivery guys. They work with you if problems come up and they don't seem to judge you. I have gotten several items here and they have always treated me good. Though I will say the new staff are great additions.

Took a year & my help still didn't receive his cushion ...he only paid 100x the price.
Worst manager I’ve ever met in my life. Keith Keene is such a rude person and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. He is the least understanding person I’ve ever met in my life and he has no bedside manners. I cannot believe someone chose him to be the manager of a retail store.
