If I could give less than one star, I would! Driver stated my furniture was undeliverable after being paid expedited shipping because he claimed I was not home after he claimed he knocked for 20 minutes. Next time the driver should research where he is delivering to before he plans out an extravagant lie, as I live in a gated community with live guards that take detailed documentation of ALL incoming and outgoing vehicles. Only trucks that came in that day was FedEx and UPS. I also requested to be called to explain this and was never called or given a number to call. Absolutely ridiculous.
No number to call on trucks. Truck with number 930 driving 11/21 430 pm on highway 40 w is tailgating cars, whipping in and out of traffic honking at cars, and is an extreme danger on the road with a semi truck, especially driving through the mountains. This employee should be fired and increased training should be implemented immediately with vehicle devices to ensure driving compliance. Also list numbers on the truck to give me a route to communicate not through a review.
From what I've been told it is great place to work for. Very family oriented they treat their drivers very great.
