Really great customer service for it to be 7am really nice and friendly. I’m on vacation and this is by far one of the best customer service experiences

The worst service ever. Two people that came in before me got there order complete before me. I just had a simple coffee with cream and an americano. I would never order a sandwich. Watched an employee prepare one with no gloves and rubbing her hands on herself and pulling up pants. I will not be going back to this location.

Ordered two $5 breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. Both sandwiches were soaked in grease(mine soaked thru 3 napkins and a pair of pants) one of the two didn't even have the bacon it was supposed to have. Coffee was good.

I love Dunkin' but to be honest this location is hit or miss. They usually forget a part of my order and I have to ask for it. It's usually good, just have to monitor your order.

I don’t know why I keep coming back here. I’ve ordered the same drink multiple times the past couple weeks.(order on the app with the same add ons and amounts of syrup every time) I got my drink at the drive through and it looked different. I kindly said I might have the wrong order and the cashiers attitude was completely visible through the window as if I couldn’t see her( throwing her hands up and pointing). My snackin bacon is raw. A manager came to the window And they didn’t offer to make a new drink and it tastes awful.
