Mattress Firm Hwy 70 SE

Very good experience buying a nice matress today. Excellent sales person who plainly knew his business, gave us pros and cons of his merchandise which we hope allowed us to make informed decision. When asked about better pricing he had the answers. We are very pleased with the transaction. Also, it was no problem having it delivered and the old one removed.

Ken was AMAZING! I am a single mother & need 3 mattresses. After going into one store that I thought Mattress Firm was affiliated with, and a saleswoman showing me the most expensive mattress in the room & then the cheapest. I was very unimpressed. I took my children down to Mattress Firm & WOW! Ken & the gentleman helping him today, treated us with kindness, fairness, pretty much showed us every mattress they have, regardless of cost. And are working desperately to get us a great price! I will never buy another mattress ANYWHERE else! 10 STARS!!

Very helpful!n** Editing to say that we had to return the mattress we bought and they honored their 120 day policy. We had no trouble exchanging for a different mattress. Excellent service.

The sales associate we dealt with at the Hickory store was Milton Walters Jr. He was very friendly and helpful and made sure tried out a variety of mattresses until we found the perfect one. We were very pleased with the service we received.
