They have beautiful things, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The older fellow tried so hard, but it was kinda hard when some of the fixtures weren't even labeled with a model#. He was so nice, but the other fellow Hates his job. That's all I'm gonna say about that.

I am in here regularly. These guys are friendly and have years of experience so they recommend products that are relevant to what you're doing. If they don't have what you need in stock, they will get it for you quickly, sometimes the next day.

They have a great selection of plumbing parts. They carry everything plus the kitchen sink. The staff there is awesome and very knowledgeable. They will help you get the items you need and show you how to install or repair if needed. I highly recommend this place if you're needing plumbing parts or new kitchen or bathroom items.

Great help with parts I needed

so unhappy with the quality of expensive sconces we purchased. The glass on one sconce was broken. When the replacement glass finally came it was so badly made that it didnt fit in the metal frame and was so thin where alignment hole was made that it broke just touching it. They will see me tomorrow morning. Pleased to say customer service has taken care of the issue. Much thanks to Cheryl in the showroom who was a great help. We will be back in next week to look at sconces and make a purchase for a kitchen light also. The quality of the dining room chandelier is great. So we went from 2 to 4 stars.
