Recently I changed phone carriers. My husband talked to the assistant manager of the Sprint Store, Billy E, on Catawba Valley Blvd in Hickory about coming in to get my phone activated and discussing a problem with his own phone. We weren’t treated nicely the first and only time we entered this store nearly a year ago, and weren’t looking forward to returning here now.nnThe staff there on this visit were very friendly as we waited to see Billy. And when he came to wait on us, he was the epitome of gracious. He didn’t try to get us to buy items for our phones we didn’t need, or to buy a better phone we couldn’t afford. He explained everything, answered our questions, and all ran smoothly. No rushing us to make quick and possibly unwise decisions. We were made to feel at ease. And we also felt that he probably operated this store, guiding all those under his employ in the same manner, and with a kindness that speaks for itself. I don’t know if he manages the other Sprint Store in Hickory, but if he does you can bet it too runs smoothly. This store is a good fit for us now, and it is a pleasure to have our phones serviced here. ud83dude01

Sprint service started dropping my calls regularly. i switched to verizon and tried to return my leased phone. The store refused to accept my phone and said it would go against my credit. I will never do business with Sprint or tmobile again.

Best customer service I've had at a Sprint store. Xavier was very professional and polite. He helped me solve my problem very quickly. All of the service representatives were working quickly and efficiently. If you need help with your Sprint or T-Mobile phone come here!

Had a great expierence today in 2020. But back a year ago a chain of not so good ones. The employees related to the not so good still work there so 4 out of 5
