It started out as not the greatest experience. I was approved for store credit of $2750 and was going to take the night to think and pray about the Bose soundbar that I have been wanting. When I return the next day, they told me that my approval was now only for $1000. I was a little upset as the person the previous day told me differently. Mitch, who was the manager on duty turned everything around. He had a very positive and friendly attitude and did everything to change the experience that I was having. He was able to get me the approval on the items that I wanted even though I put sown more money. His attitude alone changed the whole scenario. He showed great customer service and really took the time to make for a better experience.

Amazing customer service!nI went in to see Kimberly whom I had talked to on the phone. She was amazing, ask for her when you go in. Kimberly was SO patient with me and my huge amount of questions. She was honest, attentive without being annoying and a absolute joy to work with. Mitch came along when I had some very specific questions. He like Kimberly was patient with me and like someone who had been there awhile he was very knowledgeable. I walked in looking to build my credit and walked out with more then that. I walked out with a smile, a laptop and a furry bench (don't ask)... Thanks Kimberly, you restored my faith in the possibility that good customer service still exists. You are Golden.. :)

Folks your never ever going to find any other person or persons to treat you better then these fines folks here treated me and my wife today at Conn's Home Plus. We was treated like a family member would treat there on. Kindness respectful in every way possible. I have seen many saws of sales people so if your in need of some fine Furniture or appliance or anything you had better come to the best place on this side of the country. The manger was the nicest person I've ever had the pleasures of meeting. My sales person was the best so ask for Eric and I promise you your be treated like gold tell them dan herring sent you to see him your be glad you did

Regina was really helpful,courteous,and very good at her job. She didn't hound us trying to sell just anything. She helped us find the items that was perfect for us. I would rate her higher than 10.
