Gentlemen who owns the shop besides being a true luthier, was very friendly and professional. We brought our daughters violin to have new strings put on. He finished the job in about 30 minutes, and only changed us for the strings. Most unusual in this day and time!
Very welcoming and great business. Experienced in instrument repair. Offers lease programs with great terms and exchanges when you're ready to move up. Instruments are a little on The pricier side, but the quality is worth it. For students getting started the lease plans are a great way to go, and they're affordable too. Offers a good variety of sheet music as well as suzuki teaching books. Very knowledgeable. Geared more towards classical musicians but still great products.
Mr. Gene takes good care of his customers. He definitely knows what he is doing and offers helpful advice.
