Was there when store opened . Had to wait 12 minutes behind a customer who was first. We had to wait for clerk to count and open her drawer! Shouldn't this be done before store doors are open? I needed assistance in that dept or I would have moved on, but to where, so many registers were closed. Clerk was helpful after finally getting her act together.
Incredibly messy store. There seems to be plenty of merchandise, but it's usually piled up on tables or sitting in cardboard boxes out in the open. If you want to find a cashier you have to practically do laps around the store because there's no way to know what registers are open, and I don't think this store has enough staff to do much of anything. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for the time being, or maybe shop online.
Okay. Kind of crowded. Not easy to look in Shoe Dept with so many people.
I didn't spend a lot of time in here. It's not typically my kind of store, but the one employee that I did encounter was nice. I enjoyed the conversation more than anything else. It's not that anything necessarily is bad there. It's just not a place I typically go. But because of the enjoyable conversation, I would go back, and if I had more time I would probably look around more.
I had a great salesperson. Candace. She gave me the best discount available. 65% off a new pair of jeans. The mall wasn't crowded which is remarkable considering it is the day after Black Friday.
