They were very helpful, and very nice. I enjoyed my shopping experience.
I was in the Kohl’s in Hickory NC the other day. Purchased clothes and perfume. At home, later that day, I tried on the clothes. I noticed my perfume was not in the bag. I looked through it 3 times, no perfume. I called the store and told them it wasn’t in my bag. The woman gave me nothing but attitude and said “we will have to watch the video, since it was not left at the register”,”we will call you back”. It angered me, so I said to her “I am not stealing perfume. I paid for it. I have my receipt”. She said “well it wasn’t at the register and we have to watch the video. We will call tomorrow”. Well tomorrow came, no phone call from them, no money back, no resolution. Kohls in Hickory NC stole from me! Not the other way around. The young woman must have not put it in my bag, nor did she hand it to me in a separate bag. Her job to do so. Kohls job to make it right and pay me MY MONEY back. Won’t be shopping there any longer.
Cashier was very nice and was quick about filling out my credit card application.
KOHL'S of Hickory, NC is a great place to take your Amazon returns. Everyone wears masks and the store is super clean!
