I've been dealing with Adam now for quite some time. From the beginning, he's bee super friendly and very attentive. I've never had any issues with service. Adam is very knowledgeable with what equipment they have and whether or not they can handle something for us. Any time I get freight for a sprinter van or box truck, Adam is my first call. I posted a load on DAT load board for a white glove service load from TN->FL. The load was to be picked up, driven down to the customer, and delivered in-house where the customer wanted it. I booked it with Eugene and Igor was the driver. He accepted my first tracking request, dispatch emailed me updates every 3-4 hours, and unload assistance was on time and friendly.
