If I could give more than five stars, I certainly would! Top notch excellent customer service and all around great experience. Stacy listened to my needs and was able to help me find a new mattress and adjustable base in no time! The entire process was seamless and easy! 100% would recommend! We are absolutely thrilled with our bed!
Very helpful and knowledgeable sales person. Very easy purchase process. Got to try out several different mattresses and find one that works for me. They knocked a few hundred dollars off the price, which was great.nFree delivery to my house, which was also really great.n120 day return policy. Will cost $100 +10%, if I do return it, but still offered a lot of peace of mind in purchasing. It has not come yet, as I just purchased it today, so this review does not pertain to the mattress itself, but just the purchase process.
This place was super amazing! I worked with Stacey and she was great! She greeted me as soon as I walked in and knew exactly what she was doing. She asked me what I was looking for and we went from there. I told her my budget and she was respectful to it. She was extremely personable and it felt like I developed a friendship. She offered me to try different mattresses and was super educated on each product. It was a great and easy experience! I would highly recommend!
Mattress firm was the beginning and end of my search for me and my children new mattresses thanks to Joseph Jordan (Joey). He is awesome!!! He greeted me when I came in and I told him what I needed and he made it happen. All with a great personality and sense of humor. All the staff are wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. After the service I received and the great deal I got on 5 mattresses and 5 mattress covers... I was sold and knew I wouldn't find another deal that good. I would highly recommend this location.
