T-Mobile

The 2 young men at the Bleachery blvd location 1 named LT and 1 named Ari which was the asst. manager. They were so helpful and into a resolution for my phone issue. They had to do a reset to my phone. I had to start over. In the process I had to call Google and the manufacturer though to get to my back up features that I need back on my phone. The asst manager shared with me that they were not able to help with that service because of training and knowledge to do so. Its not their fault they did what they coule but T mobile as a Corp. Need to spend more money on training then commercials that way they could fix my phone as a whole. I pay a lot monthly and technical and phone issues is included in that service but yet I couldn't get it!

The two stars are not for the staff. All personnel were professional, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. While we were there, several customers were rude, and one threw a screaming fit. All were treated with courtesy. The staff deserve five stars and then some.nBut does it really need to take two hours to change the kind of plan you're on? Before going in to the store for help, we tried unsuccessfully to change the plan online, and even with the store staff doing it, it took several phone calls and lots of time on hold. The staff patiently explained that there are lots of moving parts, and remained calm and pleasant throughout. Everyone wore masks, social distance was carefully maintained. My only complaint is the unreasonable amount of time it took. So long that I'm only giving two stars.

Outstanding! First word that comes to mind. The excellent customer service that my wife and I received from Anthony, Mack and Jackie ( sorry love, I know I spelt that wrong ) is second to none and is what I've been looking for in cellular service provider for a long time. Knowledge about the devices and transparency about my bill is priceless. If you're looking a better cellular provider with top notch service.... Look no further.

The T Mobile app doesn't work, their web page doesn't work, and their stores don't want customers coming in to the store. Their customer service is even worse than AT&T. I can't even pay bill because web site nor customer service work. I guess that I will have to find another service provider. T-Mobile sucks!

I love going to this T-Mobile store Ari and Melissa are wonderful folks and very helpful and knowledgeable.
