Ingles Market

I was going to give this Ingles a 1 star! Just because they got shopping baskets in again I will give them a 2 star. My biggest complain here is the Deli. You ALWAYS wait for a very long time until someone actually acknowledge you when you want sliced meat. One day there was a lady behind there and told me that she couldn't help me because the Deli isn't her department and walked off. Also, one other day I came there and this old couple told me they have been waiting for about 15 minutes already and no one is sight behind Deli. Someone finally came to help after I went to go tell a manager. I have complained 3 different times to a manager about this problem. The last time I complained to the manager, she apologized and told me 'sorry this is a ongoing problem' If they know this is a on-going problem then I guess the problem is poor management?

Yesterday evening I helped an elderly gentleman who was on oxygen shop for groceries. The point is he didn't have a list and EVERYONE In the store was so helpful in locating his Items!!! At checkout, Novali was so sweet and kind to him and even went outside (it was cold!) and helped load his groceries with me!!! Great Managers and employees at Ingles on Smokey Park Hwy!!!!

So I go to the deli to get a wrap, and this older lady was gonna make it for me. Now, I’m very aware you can’t toast the tortilla but you sure can toast the inside...she refused to do that, didn’t even put the bacon on there, and instead of actually charging me the price I was supposed to have she added $1.59 everytime I put something on my wrap. I think she just wasn’t that bright..nnI wish I could take away a star completely because of y’all leaving the most nasty and transphobic comment on the reviews. Not even responding to it. Absolutely pathetic. You’re great Edward! This one star goes to you and your rockin choice of clothing. :)

The newest Ingles Grocery Store in West Asheville (e.g. it's nice). They have foods and stuff to eat. Go, eat, be merry.

Hard to find an employee, small isles because of all the extra bins they have in the middle. Someone using a motorized cart couldn’t get through and we had to move the display for them. Good sale prices and nice employee once we located him.
