Day shift is dramatically different from the evening shift. I've gone during the day before and it was great. I went around 5:00 and had 4 people working with 3 customers. It still took 2 hours, and the lady cut my nails completely off because she didn't double check what I was asking for before chopping away. I never go and leave bad reviews, but somebody needs to tighten up the night crew. For the price, I expected better.nnThat said, the prices are definitely not worth the quality of service I received, and I won't be back.
I haven't ever had a bad experience here. Friendly employees and ownership. Quality service. The powder dip is fantastic and always lasts three or more weeks. When the world shut down, I had just gotten a powder dip a week before. They hung on for some five or six weeks.

Michael did the most amazing job. Took his time and MADE SURE i was loving my nails before letting me pay and leave!!!! Definitely will be returning!
They were not very friendly. Everything felt rushed but my nails are ok. Not quite as good as they are from my normal salon I go to.nToday I made the last trip here I'll ever make. They charged me to paint my nails in addition to charging me the price of the manicure. When I questioned the price one person said one thing the other said another. The man got loud. I politely asked why it's so much. I've been here before and never been charged so much. They weren't friendly at all. No conversation while doing my nails. Just silence and rudeness. They turned away several people because they aren't staffed. They didn't clean my nails.n77.00 for a manicure gel and a pedicure is INSANEnThey didn't even complete a massage with the manicure.nI will go out of my way to go elsewhere now.
