This was my first massage experience. To begin, the receptionists were absolutely lovely and very helpful with any questions I had. The atmosphere of the workplace as a whole (salon included) was very light and clean. The low music in the background was also nice (big fan of their playlist choices). I met with Jennifer, the woman who’d be giving me my massage. She was kind and led me to the massage room; which was so very soothing and aromatic in its energy. Before we began, she made sure to check in with me regarding problem areas and preferred pressure preferences. The massage was heavenly to say the least. Jennifer’s technique is the perfect balance of gentle, steady and firm. I felt the intention in the space and in the massage, which allowed me to relax even more because I had no doubts that I wasn’t being cared for in the most respectful and professional way. Afterwards, I felt a world away. So I definitely made sure to book another session with her asap. 10/10 first experience. I would definitely recommend The Studio.

Jennifer did a wonderful job of addressing all of my issues that I deal with as a result of a slight case of scoliosis and the results of not stretching enough after working out. She found all of my trigger points and was able to release them. My whole body feels more aligned and relaxed. I highly recommend Jennifer.

Jen made my first massage ever a wonderful experience! I am a stressed out grad student with despicable posture and years of built-up shoulder tension and lower back pain and the 90 minute spa bliss massage left me more serene and relaxed than I remember feeling in years. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone who wants a professional, relaxing, and effective massage experience.

Jennifer is a gifted, knowledgeable and intuitive massage therapist! She has a wide array of technique and I almost always fall asleep during our appointments. I definitely recommend her for; a gentle relaxing massage, to more in-depth and specific muscle/ body pain needs.
