The worst customer service I have ever experienced at Loves. The cashier, Natasha has the worst attitude!! Very hateful and rude. I am a loyal Love's customer, spending endless amounts of money here but this experience makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Management should immediately take action on this employee, before more business is lost at this location. 03/24/21-- around 8:30 p.m.
Worst love's. Subway employee didn't wear mask properly. Didn't cover her nose. And she was serving food. Registrar discriminated me. Subway footlong was all over wrapped paper.
I was here Jan. 15, 2020. I have no complaints. Shower was clean. Restrooms were clean. McDonalds and Subway. Will return.
Drivers avoid the food. eat before you use them just for parking. McDonald's only serves drive thru because too cheap to clean walk in ordering area. Understand they block off tables but this is a truck stop us drivers cant drive 18 wheelers through drive through. They dont want our business then truck stop dont get our money just our garbage and the parking. They claim they take care of drivers. That's a false statement. Tried salad from subway and they serve rotton vegetables on it. Cant believe such a truck hater truck stop. If you were car they would give white glove treatment. They must have forgot who their biggest customer is. From now one this is just parking area. Need another truck stop around here.
