Went in to buy a sectional. They didn't have what I wanted on the spot, but a helpful cleck got on the Internet and she found my sectional! Great service.

I purchased 4 pc dresser, chest and 2 night stands, 1st the order was delayed and no one called to advise me. When it did arrive they delivered it, found out later the dresser and mirror was scratched.nThe knobs are cheap and continuously come apart. Not good quality for the money.nI’m done with Ashley Furniture.

We bought our couch from this store, the manager Josh helped us and he is amazing!! So friendly, dealt with all our questions, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone we talked to in the store were friendly, 10/10!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I ordered a couch, bed and mattress. The delivery date for all of it was August 13th which was 2 days later than needed. Only the bed was available on the delivery date even though I was told all would be available. The bed showed up completely damaged and now I have to go through the process of having it replaced. I’ve been sleeping on an air mattress for a week. On top of that, it’s a nightmare to get through to anyone at the store or any customer service. Worst experience ever.
