Great, comfortable feel. Sure, it's a bit pricey, but I am used to it. Great visit each time!
Overall a nice grocery store but a little over priced and customer service is deathly slow! Stand in line for 15 to 30 minutes EVERY time I have to use customer service counter!
It's nice to go in and discover unique findings. I enjoy pickup and delivery, too.
No complaints except the self check out. The machines never work like they are supposed to and this has been and issue since they got them. When they fix that, I'll give 5 stars.
I called customer service today, and the lady who answered the phone was so rude. I asked for the meat department, and I was on hold for 10 minutes. No one answered. Then, I called back and asked for a manager. The lady at customer service said that will be Brittany. Long story short, Brittany never came to the phone. I called again and the lady at customer service proceeded to say, “I have a long line. Are you going to hold on?” She gave the sale price of the turkey. When I say there is no customer service at Kroger’s. Worst customer service ever.
