Better watch Tammy. She takes advantage of poor people when someone is kind and pays for them a session. She will manipulate them after a session when they are feeling good. She will start out saying she will just run your card so you will be in the system. Before you realize it she is taking your money and you can't pay your car note. Oh well that's what I get for being so humble.

I have had about 5-6 massages in my life so far and, recently, I have started trying to get them more regularly when I can. My massage with Courtney at the Hattiesburg Massage Envy was hands down the best one I’ve ever had. My only regret was that I booked the 60 minute one instead of 90! She was very attentive to what I needed and knowledgeable about different types of stretches and ways I was creating more tension in my body then I needed. Courtney was a professional, made me feel very comfortable, and kept a nice balance of discussion and silence during my time in the room. The main thing for me that made this massage the best was that Courtney ACTUALLY spent time on the places where I indicated needed the most attention. At other places, even when I say which areas bother me the most, they still tend to do just general pressure over everything so that is what I had come to expect. Courtney was so great and relieved a lot of my pain and tension. I left feeling like a new person! Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be booking another appointment!

I could function again! Staff is great, masseuse professional and very knowledgable. Clean, quiet, reasonably priced!

Eman is AMAZING. However, the customer service at the Hattiesburg location has gone seriously downhill. I had a massage and facial scheduled for today and got there, checked in, and waiting... 15 min after my massage was to start I asked why I was still waiting. The response “oh, a couples massage was booked and I guess they are running behind... should be another 10 minutes” I said, “really?! I can’t wait that long and be pushed late to finish, I have to drive an hour to go pick my kids up from (2 different) schools.” All I’m offered is to reschedule and add a $10 upgrade. Not even an actual apology, just a very perturbed “sorry.” It seems every time I come here there is a scheduling problem. I have 10 accrued credits on my membership because of scheduling conflicts! I’ve been a member for 2.5 years... this is crazy. Get it together or you’ll lose your business to places that WILL get the customers in, or at the very least, who will apologize.
