I first used this salon 9 days ago for a set of black coffin nails, a visit in which I had to go back and ask the nail tech to correct multiple issues such as rigid edges, unlevel tips and mishapen nails. Finally I gave up after having to ask for so many things to be done and let the service continue. The nails were rough, to say the least. Nails didn't match, there were various lengths and the color was patchy. On the seventh day 2 nails broke while I was lifting a set of 3 porcelain dish plates, and that's appalling for just a week. So today, day 9, I go back in for them to be fixed and was talked into a refill since I wasn't with the same nail tech and it happened again. I was asking her to correct so many things and finally I just broke. Two of them were past the point of no return and I just wanted to leave so I let her finish. I had asked her to correct at least 6 things at that point. If all of that wasn't bad enough, I was charged $46 for a REFILL and fixing two nails that broke within a WEEK. That has never happened to me with any salon I've been to. I was overall saddened by the lack of time and pride put into the work here. Not to mention the second tech was repeatedly burning me with the rotary file. I wanted this to be the salon that would be my salon as it's the closest to my house but I'll be exploring other options.
I have been going here since I was in high school so for about 9 years now. I have never left unsatisfied! They are very professional and every nail tech does a wonderful job here!
Absolutely love getting my nails done here! They do amazing work and it’s a great environment. Would never go anywhere else!

Today at 430 pm I walked in this shop I’ve been going to for 1 year now I usually come on Wednesday in the a m but today I decided to stop in and see if I could get a refill cause I noticed on the site it reads closing time 7pm. As I enter shop 2 ladies checking out and leaving no one is sitting waiting one lady getting pedicure leaving 3 available workers. One walks up and says what are you getting I told her refill and I asked her what time is closing noticing it wasn’t on door upon entering she stated 6 I I told her I could come back on my usual day Wednesday. She say let me see then looks in appt and asked me if I had appointment obviously not or I would’ve asking the closing time but long story short I can here her and coworkers arguing which all three have helped me numerous of times saying to each other I’m not doin it others shaking there saying I’m not either instead of just telling me to come back another which I would of been happy to do instead they acted like children with no supervisor seeing that Kim was not there I’m assuming since I didn’t see her but this really upset me coming here spending 80 plus tipping every time and it being close to my home I will never return I even created a gmail just to make this review I’m that upset
