I needed 2 queen mattresses at my home for guests. I told the lady what I needed and that's what she showed me. I choose the comfort level I needed and purchased them. She didn't try to sell me a frame, pillows or any extras, which I appreciated. Prices were a sale and comparable to other stores. Saved me lots of time.
My wife and I went to mattress firm to find us a new King size mattress. We had the the pleasure to meet Mrs. Jayme Ruszkowki. She helped my wife and I pick I an amazing mattress. Mrs. Jayme was very nice, informative and knowledgeable. She made our mattress shopping experience amazing.

I have been shopping around for a decent mattress for months now. I decided yesterday was the day. Stopped in @ Mattress Firm and Mrs. Jamie was an excellent saleswoman. She made me feel @ ease, she listened to the problems I was having with my previous mattress and went with it. I was able to relax and lay in different positions on the different beds. Mrs. Jamie went over how to care for the my new bed, the warranty, the returns if I needed to, she was willing to share her Oreo cookies ud83cudf6a with us. Lol
Great customer service. They made getting our mattress a breeze. Jamie was wonderful!
