Bought a master bedroom suit about 3 weeks ago. The bedroom suit was in stock and was delivered a few days. I had great experience with the sales team and the men that delivered the furniture. Will definitely be back when need more furniture. Thanks again for a great job.

Called them on the phone to ask a question. Couldn’t even get the entire question out because the representative kept over talking me. I will definitely never consider making a purchase from this store after that phone call experience.

Bought a couch and loveseat from here. We've had two small issues with the switches on them, Gray's sent a repair guy out promptly each time at no charge!! Our experience with them has been top notch from walking into the showroom to delivery to repairs!! Recommend them to everyone!!
