Jeff was great and so helpful! I came in and was immediately greeted by all associates and Jeff came out to help me. I told him what I was looking for and my budget. He showed me everything he had and what he could do for me. He was patient as I made up my mind. He even found a way to get me the ottoman I wanted that was out of stock and kept everything under my budget. I now have beautiful new furniture that perfectly matches my house and I didn't have to break the bank! He made everything so easy and painless and the guys had my things ready for pickup and loaded it all. Great experience! Thank you Jeff!
Just left this location and had the greatest experience. I went only looking for a couch and did not expect to find one so soon that my wife loves. Teri was awesome and a great help! She was very professional and courteous right as I entered. (Good customer service is becoming rare so it’s appreciated when experienced) Most importantly I left with a good feeling that I got a good product for a great price. Jeff the manager was great. We came in looking for something fast as I am due to have a baby in 5 days. We got what we were looking for plus more. The prices are very reasonable and they have next day delivery. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
Wonderful customer service! Laura and Jeff were so amazing! Very professional, sweet and funny. They tried so hard to get our couch but they were out..but they looked up another store for us who had it! I would highly recommend this place...they have cheap prices too! Wouldn’t buy furniture anywhere else. My kids wanted to stay and have fun with them!!!! They wanted to do a sleep over LOL
The gentleman that helped me name was Jeff. He was fanatic and showed great customer service. The item I bought showed that there was only one left in stock in the store and he made sure to see it with his own see in the back to make sure they really had it before the final sell. I was in and out at a reasonable time and I'll most likely be back for more furniture in the future.
