Hilton Garden Inn Biloxi

I stayed there from 2/14/21 to 2/20. It was the best experience as far as a hotel stay. The staff on all shifts were Absolutely AMAZING. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. I will only stay at this hotel when I am in Mississippi. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness. YOU GUYS ROCK.

Travel to Biloxi for a Valentine’s Day weekend. Stayed in a suite on the corner with gorgeous views of the beach. The room was beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive. However, after getting settled in the room, we turned the heat on. February 13-14 was record lows in Biloxi and it was extremely cold. The bedroom started smelling foul. Nothing else smells like vomit and when you smell it, you know. It seems to be the worse between the bed and wall next to the window. I stepped in this area and the carpet is wet. I take a closer look at there is a pinkish, red stain on the carpet and with a flashlight, chunks ground into the carpet with a vacuum. The big, beautiful windows were smudged with finger prints and face prints child height. The ironing board had holes in the cover. Our check in was at 3 and our room was ready until almost 4. The hotel was completely booked so it’s obvious they rushed to ready the room without properly cleaning everything. Proper cleaning is important in a hotel room and especially important during a pandemic. The desk clerk gave us some green chemical to spray on the carpet and mask the smell and we covered the stain with towels but...the smell was always there. Also, being fully booked there was no option to switch rooms either. If you stay, and I recommend you do in a suite as the views are worth it, just make sure the room is CLEAN before unpacking.

Good view and close to the beach, that's about it. Had a long-term business stay here, you'd think giving them upwards of $13k they could provide clean sheets or towels more than once a month. Won't provide them even if asked. Not even a complaint to corporate can get them to do it. Most recent time I got clean amenities was by changing rooms due to mold. They also charge $6.99 a day for the same continental breakfast other hotels give you for free. Maybe good for a day, otherwise would not recommend staying in a place with such apathy to cleanliness.

Nice place - good parking setup - friendly staff! However, it's pretty lame that there isn't breakfast provided to all the occupants of the room... and then not being able to even get any breakfasts, if your not a diamond member! C'mon Hilton, you can do better than that.

Great location with lots of casinos and restaurants within walking distance. Huge open lobby with great seating areas. Nice views of the water. Room was clean and everything in working order (shower and AC are biggies for me). Super friendly staff. You can’t go wrong when choosing this location.
