Sleep Inn & Suites

Not like it used to be! We stayed here for a long weekend about 2 years ago..I gave it a 5 stars then. It was great! The room was barely clean, pubic hair in the shower, carpets not cleaned, we had no hot water.! I went to the front desk about it and the guy told me it must be because someone else was showering to try again later. No hot water in the sink or shower. I I didn't realize we were in a third world country that sharing hot water in a major chain hotel was an issue. I almost asked to have my passport stamped! ud83dude14nTo top it off I'm covered in bites. Definitely not bed bugs because I checked, I'm thinking fleas. No way will I ever return. I'll just Use the $50 difference, buy a tent and rent a spot at Buccaneer Park instead!

The stay was comfortable but the staff steals I called several times about my deposit and they all give different lies plus I never received any receipt which I thought was strange as well

The staff was wonderful the rooms very clean I recommend this hotel it was so wonderful!

Room clean and nicely furnished. Walls are somewhat thin. Can hear room next to us and people in the hall. Breakfast was missing several options due to Covid.

Clean, convenient location, quiet and very friendly staff.
