WoodSpring Suites Gulfport

This place was clean with good security and well lit parking lots. The closet rod fell off the wall with all our hanging clothes on it. Management sent their maintenance guys the next morning to do the necessary repairs.

Roaches do exist. My husband and I spent 1 nights there. We arrived on 3/14/2021. We received a non smoking room and when we walked in it smelled like a carton of freshly smoke cigarettes. I infomed front desk and the lady tried to help and was attempting to get housekeeping to freshen up but I declined because I'd rather clean it 9n my own. If they didn't clean it properly thefirst time then they probably won't the second time. The bathroom had hair in the tub and sink. Me and my husband left and came in later that night and the minute we put the lights on the Roaches on the counter scattered. This was our last minute trip and this hotel was the only one with openings. The outside looks nice, but inside is trash

I have to say that my stay at woodspring suites has been enjoyable to say the least compared to my stay at in town suites several months back( which I wrote a review about) the rooms are and have everything I need, the staff are friendly and courteous,check in went smoothly then renewing the room was just as easy I would and will recommend woodspring suites to all my friends.
