Receptionist literally laughed at me when I told her I was there for a WIC appointment..

I chose not to go here for Family Planning Services, because the Receptionist on the phone was so rude. Just because we're poor, doesn't mean we don't deserve to be treated with dignity, and care. I will gladly save my time, and energy to go to the Planned Parenthood Center in Hattiesburg.

Receptionist was really rude. Called for help, and just hung up on me without letting me finish. NOT PROFESSIONAL.

I came here looking for help and have never felt so judged and disrespected. The front desk is rude. Don’t work where you are dealing with vulnerable people if you don’t know how to. I would rathe drive another hour than to ever come here again.

Not going to the health department ever again. And that includes my children’s wic. Tried to schedule an appointment and who ever that lady I was talking to was rude. Asking me why can’t I go to my ob for the reason. Yeah , I REFUSE to come back.
