Home2 Suites by Hilton Gulfport I-10

I cannot recommend this hotel for people looking to cook meals in a kitchen, unfortunately there is no stove other than portable induction burners that only work with aluminum pots. The hotel was actually out of pots and skillets during my stay so I was not able to cook anything. However, I had the luck of dealing with Amy, the hotel receptionist at the time who was a real blessing and went above and beyond to help us out. She was respectful, courteous, understanding and simply humane. Amy gave us snacks and free frozen dinners and beverages for the night. She truly saved the day and we will never forget her kind gesture. What an angel. So if you are looking for a place with working stoves to cook with, I would strongly recommend staying at the Town suites at the Marriott near the airport or call ahead to find out if the Home 2 suites by Hilton Gulfport has any working pots and skillets available before booking a room with them. The other issues I noticed was that the refrigerator was buzzing loudly in the room I got, it was also making an extremely loud and high pitched sound and the AC unit was very loud too. The manager was understanding about the situation and very courteous, we were offered a room change but were so tired to move everything that we just crashed in there. If you do decide to stay here just kindly report any issues with the staff and they will be glad to help. One last thing to note is that the room where I stayed did not have a tub just a shower not sure if any of the rooms have tubs but if you do need one just make sure they have any available before booking.

Rooms are NICE! My buddy has a king bed, couch, big tv, kitchen WITH dishwasher, fridge and microwave and the hotel provides silverware including plates and cups. The bathroom has its own sink so you are not using the kitchen sink as your hygiene facility, the bathroom has a shower not a bathtub and very spacious. It also has your study space with shelf overhead. I am not sure if ALL rooms are mapped the same way, but this particular room was and it was awesome. Another buddy and I were wishing we were staying at Home2. Kudos to this suite. The hotel also has an OPEN fitness center, complimentary breakfast and a snack zone which is nice! ATM available. Will definitely try my best to rent a room in Home2 next time.

One of my first times living in Home2, and after a long drive on the interstate, it was nice to end the day at a newly built hotel that not only had friendly staff and spacious rooms, but it was next to a large selection of restaurants. The pool had two propane grills, and Diamond members get to select one drink and snack from a very large variety upon checking in. Not to mention, they even personalized a welcome note with my name, which I saw upon entering my room. Pillows were also super comfy! Fantastic stay and would definitely choose this place again!

The best hotel in the area. Rooms are spacious, comfy, and modern. Staff are welcoming, we got a nice 'hello' package when checking in. It is near Sam's Club and Waffle House. Note that they don't have any rooms with two dedicated beds. (The intersection was damaged from Hurricane Zeta, so that's nice ud83dude42)

My family and I travel a lot and we’re always 5+ cars. I do all our bookings and I Only use Hilton. I’ve never ran across any problems until I came here. Don’t get me wrong the place is very neat and clean, but the Head of Housekeeping should not be working in an environment dealing with the public. She was very rude to my husband, which spoiled part of our vacation. That was the only thing I dislike about this place. I’ll still give it 4 stars ⭐ufe0f without the rudeness it would’ve be 5 stars ⭐ufe0f for me.
